DeLonghi Figaro Coffee / Espresso Maker - espresso component not usable after only a few uses - unable to get replacement part from DeLonghi - upset with service

The espresso parts are entirely plastic. As a result the entire espresso component is not usable anymore. This was after only a few uses.

I have tried to get the new part from the company and all I get is a TOTAL RUN-A-ROUND! Don't buy DeLonghi in my opinion ...Flimsy parts and terrible service!
