Complaints.com received the following consumer message on October 15, 2002:

RE: Brinks Home security system, First Response of Tenn, Inc. Knoxville, TN - damage to home caused during system installation - company hasn't paid for damage

 

on 9/10/02 we had a brinks security system installed in our home by the above company. "They damaged our carpet in the master bedroom. They put wires through the sealed chambers of our Heating and Air Conditioning Systems.

 

The company that installed our heat pump system was out and had to open up our dining room wall the see the damage done in there.

 

To date no one from this company has commited to taking care of this damage. We have also been in contact with Brinks Headquarters in Texas and they think this situation has been resolved because that is what First Response has told them.

 

We are senior citizens and feel we have been abused by this company. Can you tell us who can help us.

I just found this online and this Customer was completely taking care of.We far and beyond for these people who wanted everything for free.All damage was fixed which we didn't even do.
