RE: AT&T Internet Cable - cable installed in Oct., 2001 - cable still not buried despite numerous requests Cable installed October 2001
1-31-02 Talked to "Teresa" explained to her that no one had ever come back and buried the cable. She said she would file a "drop/bury" request. Conformation #26102
4-2-02 Talked to "Andrew" he said he would also file a drop/bury request. He told me to call back in one week if there was no response.
4-16-02 Talked to "Vince" who said he would send another request.
4-23-02 Talked to "Esmy" and told her I needed to talk to the supervisor. "Sandra" told me she would try to expedite the service order. Told me to call back Friday. Ask for her or "Toledo." When I tried to call back I was told that they had no way to find out what call center I had called and no way to give me any other number. I started asking which call center I had after that.
6-10-02 Talked to "Richard" (Denver call center). He put me though to Supervisor "Giraad" He said he would look in to it and call back 6-11-02 and leave a message on the voice mail.
6-17-02 Talked to "Andrea" (Ohio call center) who put me through to her Supervisor "Ahmad" who said he would call the landscaping company and find out why it hasn't been done. He gave me conf.#245512.
6-25-02 There was a message on the voice mail from "Jess" telling me my cable had been buried in November. (the cable runs across our front yard and is clearly visible)
6-28-02 Talked to Vanessa" (Texas call center) who told me that she would send a form to "Jess" for him to call me. She assured me that he would call back in one hour or by tomorrow at the latest.
End of story. I am so burned out on this subject I feel I cannot make even one more call to this company!
All I want done is to get the cable buried. Please forward this mail to this company.
