RE: Mile High Telecommunications, Franktown, CO - unable to get long distance phone service
I have been unable to get long distance service for months. I arranged for local phone service with Mile High Telecommunications last October, 2001. At this time I requested to change our long distance service from MCI to Mile High.
After at least 10 phone calls to Mile High I was still not able to make long distance calls. At one point I was given a work-around number that allowed me to make long distance calls temporarily. I then tried to get long distance service from MCI again but was still unable to make long distance calls because Mile High would not change the LD pick to MCI.
At least twice at my request, MCI contacted Mile High with me on the line and asked them to change the pick to MCI and they agreed to do this. I still don't have song distance service. Can you help?
