My name is Nicole and I wanted to let you know that Busch Gardens in Tampa, Fl is running a scam. There are signs throughout the park that say: If you purchase a one-day pass to the theme park, you can uprgrade to a two-day pass for $10.95 or recieve a credit for a ONE YEAR PASS.
Hearing this information from a friend, I visited the park on Sunday, October 13, 2002 and bought 10 one-day passes, valued at over $500 for my family. I went to the guest service counter to recive 7 one year passes with 7 proofs of one day pass purchases and the woman told me that they only ran that promotion January-April, but left the signs up year round. THIS IS A SCAM.
The sign should say: Valid Janurary- April or be taken down May-December. Please help me investigate this scam! Thank you, Nicole Rankin
