We purchased a TRV 320 in June 2000. Unfortunately, the camera just stopped working Sept. 2002. We are receiving the dreaded E61:00 error.
When I contacted Sony, they said my only recourse was to ship it to them and pay a flat $269 repair fee. That is 1/3 what we paid for the camera!
I am INCREDIBLY disappointed in this product. A digital camcorder that stops working after 2 years is NOT ACCEPTABLE. We spent a lot and received very little from Sony in return. I will not purchase from them again.
