HCI account sent to RMCB for collection - never purchased pantyhouse - never received pantyhose

Complaints.com received the following consumer message on October 11, 2002:

I recently received in the mail an invoice from a company claiming to be this HCI Direct. The invoice is in regards to some panty hose that I supposedly purchased through the mail.

I never received these supposed panty hose and now they are sending my address to RMCB, supposed credit agency.

The address the invoice was sent to is my address but not the name. They are threatening to ruin my credit if I don't pay up. I never received the supposed panty hose. Why do they keep sending them to me and how can I stop this Nonsense??
