The boards around the toilet are now curling up and de-laminating.

This product is supposed to have a 25 year warranty, that's why I bought it. Their warranty information even says their laminate flooring is fine for moist areas, like bathrooms and laundry rooms.

Mannington is now denying my warranty claim. They say I must have a slow leak in the toilet, even though there is no water puddling near the toilet, nor are there any wet spot or dampness in the basement on the floorboards or insulation under the toilet. This was observed by someone that Mannington sent to look at the problem.

There are also a few boards in the kitchen area that are no longer lying flat on the edges. They said these are "within their tolerance." How can anything but flat boards be tolerated? I feel they should honor their warranty. How much trouble could it take to replace a few boards in one corner of my bathroom and have the toilet re-installed?

Even if the trouble was called by bad installation, it was installed professionally by a store that sold their product. If they don't check to make sure the installers are trained in installing their product, they should still honor the warranty.
