Hi,
just spotted your site on the net, and I'd like to add my voice to the complaints you've already had about Sony Vaios and the appalling service from them. Below is a letter of complaint which details my case. I've now faxed it to Sony's Customer Relations Organization 4 times, and received no reply or any acknowledgement whatsoever.
The Vaio-Link helpline won't give a phone number, email addresss or even postal address of the customer relations department - frankly I think their fax machine just spews its output into a bin. As a result of my experiences with Sony, I'll never buy one of their products again, and would urge everyone else to do the same.
