Complaints.com received the following consumer message on October 9, 2002:

Zagat.com's privacy policy says that the customer can opt out of receiving third-party solicitations, during the initial registration. This is not the case. I think that Zagat.com is failing to conform to its own privacy policy. ------------------------------------------------------
