American Appliance Incorporated, Murrieta, CA - still being charged for rented refrigerator and no longer rent the refrigerator

RE: American Appliance Incorporated, Murrieta, CA - still being charged for rented refrigerator and no longer rent the refrigerator American Appliance Incorporated has the WORST customer service I have ever experianced. The personel is so rude to me they won't give me anything more than their first name "BRIAN". The personel contends there is no boss abovve him but appeals to corporate rules when you ask questions about additional charges.

I rented a refrigerator for 2 years from these people and they treat me like a deliquent customer eveytime I ask a question. I have not had the fridge for almost 2 monthes now and they are still sending me charges.
