CompuServe - AOL combo - cancelled combo, but still charged $ 19.95 per month and not 21.95 per month - getting the run-around between CompuServe and AOL

I was offered the compurserve-aol combo, so i said OK i would try it, so then i decided i did not want it, I called and canceled it, so i keep seeing that they were charging me for the combo any way, and this has been going on for over a year, i have a 3 year contract with CompuServe for 21.95 a month but i am being charged 29.95 a month.

I have called several times to get it fixed but no one at CompuServe can fix it, they say AOL has to fix it, they transfer me to AOL and they say on no CompuServe has to fix it or take it off my bill, i have called several times and all i get is the run around.

Is their any one at CompuServe that can help me. this is so stupid, I do not want the CompuServe-AOL combo. please someone get my bill right.
