Lakeland Toyota, Lakeland, FL - 1998 Nissan pick-up - purchased in July, 2000 - took back for repairs and found out that car had been in a wreck previously

I PURCHASE A 98 NISSAN PICK-UP FROM LAKELAND TOYOTA. JULY 17 2000. WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT. TOOK BACK TO LKLD. TOYOTA FOR REPAIRS. THEY DID A HALF JOB ON REPAIRS.

THEN I FOUND THE TRUCK HAD BAN WREACK. $6,000.00 DAMAGE TOOK IT BACK TO THEM. THEY DIDN'T TELL ME IT WAS WREACK.

THEY WOULDN'T TAKE THE TRUCK BACK. I BOUGHT WITH A WARRENTY STILL FACTORY WARRERNTY. IT WAS NOT SOLD TO ME AS IS.I'M $15,000,00 FOR A WREACK TRUCK.WENE I TOLD THEM IT WAS WREACK THEY WOULDN'T TAKE IT BACK. THEY TOLD ME THEY SELL A LOT OF CARS WREACK AND DON'T TELL THE NEW OWNERS.

I'M TRYING TO SEE IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. IF ANYONE KNOWS OR A LAWYER WAN'TS TO HELP E-MAIL ME.

Went in for basic oil change for $12.95.Seems this is a bait to sell you service on your car that is not needed.The sells people are very pushy.It seems they get commission for every service they try to push on customers.The guy that changed my oil had stolen my mp3 player and the money i had in my glove compartment.Also the wheel lock key was missing.The air filter cover was not locked in place that could have ruined the motor.The flat tire that they claim they fixed was not done.Took it to Walmart and the tech told me the tire was never touched.$25 to fix a flat in Toyota while Walmart charges $9.00.They do not care about their customers.Making as much profit is their game.I will never take my car to these crooks.I have reported them to BBB and Toyota headquarters.Buyer beware Toyota of Lakeland are thieves.
