Complaints.com received the following consumer message on September 30, 2002:

Perhaps you can help, I hope so. I was told to contact the Nevada Consumer Affairs Department about a company called Freedom Financial which, via the US mail, offers a Visa credit card.
I was solicited and sent them a check for the card. Now, I discover, via two sources in California that Freedom Financial has been running a scam for quite a few months.
If you have any information you could provide, please do so.

They also didnt inform me it was a card for their catalog only, they made it sound like it was just a regular credit card to help people with bad credit to rebuild their credit. credit. Is there anyone out there with the same siutuatuon and Did anyone ever receive there money back from these thiefs?
