Pager Service - TSR Wireless / Network Services company name change

Complaints.com received the following e-message on October 8, 2001:

Hello,

My friend purchased a pager and one year service for me on June 29, 2000. The pager was purchased at our local mall. The pager worked great up until Jan 2001...which I was suppose to have service until June 2001. I saw on the news that TSR Wireless was going out of buisness. After that the consession at the mall closed down and my pager was disconnected. Now I have recieved about 3 bills stating I owe the company money.

I email the company on Aug 29 and mailed a letter on Sep 1 saying to close my account and I want a credit

back for the months the pager was not in use. I have recieved another bill but from a new company name Network Services with my previous balance of $34.53 with a credit for Sept and a new balance I owe of $10.34...what do I need to do to get them to stop sending me a bill and close my account.

Please let me know what direction I need to go in to fix this mess. Thank-you, Kristine Kuncze
