Tonight I had a very bad experiance at your Radcliff store...early today I rented some movies and a DVD......The DVD did not play in my player so I told the lady my player was not working, and could I get a video of the same movie....she began to let me know...your company would only give me another DVD..I keep trying to tell her my DVD wasn't working.....even when it was settled she said if we are auted I can get in trouble cause she had to replace a DVD with a DVD.
But still MY DVD wasn't working, I even offered to pay the difference if that was the problem.I am a business owner and I think that was very un professional..and I should have recieved an apology. The customer is always to be treated with respect..Thank you.I hope you addess this problem with your employees.....
