Spirit Lake Factory Outlet Store. We bought a bed for our son in Feb of this year. It sagged after 4 weeks -it was replaced by them and it sagged again-replaced again and sagged again!! I wanted my money back was told they could not do it. Threatened to turn them into the BBB than my money was refunded. Guess it is true they have poor quality merchandise.
