Dish Network Satellite Service, VMC Satellite billing problems

Sent To: Email User I ordered the Dish Satellite through VMC Satellite and was charged $49.99 on my credit card. They gave me further instructions on their internet site to call the Dish Satellite people to sign up with them. When I signed up the Dish people took my information and said my credit card would not go through. I knew it wasn't going through because I only put enough money on it for the $49.99 VMC was charging.
I didn't understand why they was putting a hold on my credit card because according to the terms and conditions of VMC Satellite it does not say that the Dish Network was going to put a hold on my credit card. They only talked about the money they would charge you and not any additional charges or holds the Dish Network would impose.
Therefore, I did not know it was going to be an additional hold by Dish because VMC Satellite failed to provide that information which is misleading and false advertisement. I conseqeuntly got into a heated discussion with a manager from Dish Network who told me they had nothing to do with VMC Satellite.
She was very rude and annoying. This could have been avoided if VMC Satellite would have informed the consumer of the additional charges. They disclosed all other information for Dish Networks but failed to provide that important information. I then called VMC and talked to a representative who then transferred me to a manager named Tony.
He asked my why I did not want the service and I told him his company mislead me. I was upset and was snappy towards him. He had no solution but told me I should have read the terms and conditions before I ordered the service. The terms and conditions do not state those additional fees from Dish and it was VMC SAtellite's job to provide that information.
Tony hung up on me and when I called back he had a customer representative to tell me my certificate is in the mail which I thought was very rude and I will recommend any and everybody I know not to purchase VMC Sattelite's services or the Dish Network. I am even going steps further to make sure everybody knows how misleading these two companiess are.
