I purchased a VIDEOCON refrigerator model D311, two door 300 ltr. from m/s MEHTA TRADER , HARIDWAR, INDIA in 1999.

However, after a year or so it developed problems in that the vegetables started getting soggy within a couple of days of storage.The concerned dealer used to send mechanic who simply adjusted the thermostat, and sometimes drained the water accumulated but the problem never vanished.

This is causing great inconvenience.Will the supplier look into and do something?I could not locate the email ID of m/s Videocon in thier homepage!!!
