Prizegames.com / arcade planet unable to reedeem prizebucks points

Hello, Please tell me how to file a complaint about a website. It is prizegames.com or arcade planet. If you spend hundreds of dollars to earn prizebucks and send for a prize and it is not what you had expected, they will not let you return it or refund your prizebucks so you are out all of the money you spent to earn prizebucks. Ive complained 3 times and got nothing but "have a nice day" kind of thing. Please respond for me. Thank you. Sincerely,
