RE: Washington Mutual

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a complaint against my mortgage company. The company's name is Washington Mutual.

They have messed up my credit and have done very little in helping me correct a few problems. First, let me state that I have just got out of a chapter 13 and had met all my obligations. I was making my payments to the bankrupty dept. of said Mortgage. To make a long story short, I had been charge a late fee on past late payments due.

I asked them to send me an account of my past payments. Upon receiving them, I found many payments that had been posted as a late date, meanwhile my bank statement noted that said check was cashed on a earlier

date. (Will provide proof upon request) To add insult to injury, the company charged me a $6.00 fee

because they had to send someone to check my house for any vandalism. (This is because they claim I was two months behind) Also, it doesn't end here.

They sent me a letter during my grace period saying that they did not receive this month's payment and that I was in default. The funny thing is that I had already sent my payment!(Proof upon request) I had voiced my concerns to a Ms. Vickie Jeffers and she was totally uncooperative and at times rude. Sirs, I want to re-establish good credit and I would appreciate a helping hand. Their web site number is www.wamulends.com. Any questions, please feel free to call me at (757)853-6163.

Thanks!
