RE: Voice Stream complaint

 

For four, consecutive, months Voice Stream billed me for calls that I was paying for in my monthly plan. I called them every month and they assured me, each time, that the billing had been corrected and that was never done. Finally I gave them the alternative to either correct my billing or I was going to stop my service with them. Again, they assured me that had been done and I would have no more complaints. It was not done.

 

When I called to stop my service they told me that they would give me the two months left on my contract, so I wouldn't have to pay the $200. "early stop charge" on my year's contract. I agree with that, but did not use my service at all. They finally billed me correctly and I paid the bill.

 

Four weeks later, I got a call from a credit service saying that my bill for the "early stop charge" of $200. had been turned over to them and I had two choices: 1. pay the bill or 2. have a bad mark placed on my credit report. This is an unethical company and I URGE everyone to boycott them.
