Date: Friday, October 12, 2001 12:27 PM Sent To: Email User 10/12/01 12:27:09 PM I ordered an SO-DIMM for my laptop. I got it and installed it. It didn't work of course or I wouldn't be here. I tried in alone and with other ram. I tried it in another laptop. Nothing worked. The ram was returned for a replacement. I paid $47 for it. Instead of a replacement I received a credit for $21.22 on my credit card and was told "after I asked" that the ram checked good.

 

It would not work for me, however it must have been PC-100 to work not PC-66. This ram was either defective or the wrong ram. I can not get a replacement as they will not send one. Counting shipping this cost me $41.53 after the "refund". Yes I disputed this at the credit card.

Will I buy from Edgemicro.com again? NO CHANCE!!
