RE: Stamps.com free trial cancellation
Dear Stamps.com;
I do not wish to sign up for your service, nor do I wish to receive any future offers. When I click the link to unsubscribe (I have also requested to unsubscribe previously), it links to a non working web page.
When I originally signed up for the service, it was on a free trial basis. I did not find a use for it and promptly canceled the service, but you charged me even though it was on a free trial and I had canceled. When I complained about the charge, and asked that it be removed, it was not done and customer service refused to remove it, saying that I had not canceled properly according to their guidelines. The result was I ended up paying for a service I did not use and did not want because I trusted your company with my credit card information.
The service was not what I needed, the customer service ignored my complaint and dismissed it, and the "free trial" I was offered was a blatant lie.
I would not use this service again and do not wish to be solicited to do so in the future. Please do not send me any further communication of this sort. If you feel the need to communicate with me, kindly refund the money you wrongly took from me prior to any correspondence.
Sincerely,
Susan Santory
Cohen & Associates.
