Nextel sends me a bill that does not show the details of usage. Its just an overall bill. I use a plan that I will never go over on. I just don't want the hassle.
So when my bill came and it was 40% higher then it should have been I wanted to know why. The rep on the phone said I could view it online. So I hung up and went online. Well guess what!
If you go online , you have to PAY TO SEE WHAT YOUR BEING BILLED FOR!!!. This is unacceptable. My 1 year is up. Im switching to Verizon. They don't make you pay to view your bill online....and on top of that their
Group connect is FREE. Nextel, your far from being number 1 (6th if I remember) . Your only niche (direct connect) is now being used by verizon and sprint. If you don't shape up and stop treating your customers like cattle, then you will pay the price when the service agreements run out.
