I would like to complain against soccerfanatix.com. I purchased a Real Madrid home replica short with my nickname and number on the back of it. This order was placed on the 21st of August 2003, and I have yet to receive it,my credit card was deducted of $82 US Dollars about a one week later.

I have sent eight emails to the soccerfanatix.com email address which they have set up in the Contact Us section and no reply to any of them. I would recommend people not to buy from this online store, as they clearly don't deliver and treat their customers with contempt.

Will my shirt arrive or will I get a refund asap (don't think so,goodbye to 82 US dollars)
