have been trying since May of this year to get Paradise Galleries to return the $73.28 that they owe me for return of two dolls.
The dolls in question were both returned taped securely together with U.S. Postal approved tape. Additionally, the doll they admit receiving was the one that did not have the return shipping address on it. It was the bottom doll and there is no way...no way....that they could have received only one of these dolls.
I have written numerous e-mails and letters with absolutely no success of getting my money back. They have a million excuses...not one of them legitimate.
One of the dolls was received with a broken arm and the other doll was not as advertised. The picture of this doll was beautiful; when received it was actually homely (fraudulent advertising). That is the reason both dolls were returned. I thought I could handle this by myself but have had no luck whatsoever.
If you could possibly help me or give me some tips as to how to get my money back, it would be most appreciated. If you need any other information or copies of my e-mails, please let me know.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Barbara Henderson
