I have made several attempts to obtain status of this rebate in the past two months. direct e-mail on 9/7/03 Telephone call to (877) 684-6462 Ext. 512 and detailed voicemail on 10/10/03 - no response. Filled out web request form on 10/23/03 and received instant form e-mail back that I would receive a response within 2-3 business days - received nothing. Direct e-mail on 10/27/03 to Email User - no response. Filled out web request form on 11/26/03 and received instant form e-mail back that I would receive a response within 2-3 business days.
