In reference to the complaint listed on your site, http://www.complaints.com/november2003/complaintoftheday.november27.5.htm, please note the following:

Atlantic Pacific Time was a California based company which was sold to a New York based ownership over two years ago. It specializes in discounting luxury watches on the internet and is named ATLANTIC TIME. If you click on the LA Better Business Report you will no longer see any reference to the former company as the BBB has recently updated their records. ATLANTIC TIME is a reputable member of the NY Metro BBB. It owns atlantictime.com and pacifictime.com (which when accessed is directed to atlantictime.com). Is there any way to remove the reference altogether on your site? Robert Grosberg
