We at R.E. Smith Co. have just been made aware of the complaint left by Gale Kelley (http://www.complaints.com/november2003/complaintoftheday.november27.3.htm). We were unaware of any dissatisfaction on this customer's part and have been contacted to service the product in question since this complaint was filed. we purchased this stove from R.E. SMITH co. in Williamsport;Pa. three years ago.

 

We have had problems with the stove from the beginning. The store does not return phone call and is very slow in getting someone here to repair the stove.

 

We can't get anyone else to look at the stove because we did not purchase it from them. Please advise us of what to do.
