RE: Delta Airlines - flight from Canada to Buenos Aires, Argentine - poor service experience To Whom it May Concern, Whilst recently on a business trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina, I along with a Professor from a university in Canada, we experienced a great deal of inconvenience and dissatisfaction from Delta Airlines. I am not one to

complain but I think that the treatment we got from the staff of Delta was uncalled for and unjustifiable. Attached in Word format is a complaint letter [not posted here] I have submitted to Delta Airlines. I don't know if my grievance will be heard or not, but I wanted to make sure you get a copy of the letter in case they don't. I have also sent a copy of the attached letter to attorneys Relman & Associates out of Washington to see if they can assist us in filing a case against Delta on the grounds of "unnecessary pain and suffering" for a

simple request.

 

All we wanted was to sleep in either First or Business class and we didnt want the food or other privileges that went with the so-called "upgrade" and this was only for reasons that we could arrive fresh in the morning so as to resume our daily affairs, being businessmen you can surely understand our situation of being alert and attentative in meetings. Well, this is a matter of principle and we feel that we should not have been subjected to the kind of treatment we received from Delta and if we don't address our grievance, Delta will continue to undermine others like

ourselves and hence their Customer Care Commitment will prove to be a farce. If you can help, Great! If you can't, I understand! What more can one do? This is at least a step in the right direction if not anything else. Yours truly, SHIRAZ HUDDA
