RE: egadgets.com - billed for duplicate order - returned the duplicate product - haven't yet received refund First egadgets duplicated my order, when I returned the duplicated order, which also turned out to be defective, they lied on their e-mail that they refunded me thru my credit card.
When I complained to the better business bureau, they acted like nothing happened, & stated that it was their policy of store credit only.
Also filed with the FTC yielding unsatisfactory results. The FTC stated I should take them to small claims court.
