THANK YOU,FOR ADDING MY POSTING INTO UR WEBSITE FOR THE PUBLIC TO SEE..I HAVE ADVISED KEMPER PLUS AND OFFICE DEPOT AND OF COURSE THEY ARE FIGHTING IT ALL THE WAY!! MY NEXT STEP IS TO FILE A MAJOR REPORT AGAINST THEM NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES.I WILL NEVER IN THE FUTURE PURCHASE ANOTHER PC FROM THEM AGAIN..ALSO IF YOU CAN,IS POST WHAT I AM ABOUT TO SAY SO THE PUBLIC HEARS ME OUT"
KEMPER PLUS'S POLICY IS THIS,UNDER THE POLICY OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY IS: IF ANY HARDWARE PART OF THE PC CAN NOT BE REPAIRED FOR THE SAME THING MORE THEN 3 TIMES,THEY UNDER THEIR "DISCRETION" WILL EITHER REPLACE THE PC OR REFUND THE PC OWNER'S A CHECK FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.
WHICH BY THE WAY,IS A BUNCH OF BULL..THEIR REPLACEMENT PC'S ARE ALL " REFURNISHED" NOT BRAND NEW" SO NO MATTER WHAT,THEY ARE OUT THERE TO RIP ANYONE OFF WHO CARRIES THEIR WARRANTY.
AFTER ALL I HAVE BEEN THROUGH,I CAN KICK MYSELF FOR BUYING THIS PC,BUT WHO'S TO TELL...THANK YOU...

To whom this may concern,
I am an owner of a Compaq Presario 725US notebook pc. I have purchased it May of 2002 from Office Depot.. I even paid an extra hardware extended warranty through Kemper plus. My complaint is this, two months after I purchased this Lap-Top, I ran into a major software problem which I ended up sending it out to a local pc repair place paid by Compaq to have a new hard drive placed in it.
There after, I ran into more problems. Recently, I had to have major hardware done to it again with Kemper Plus, when I got it back, I have had more problems now then before I shipped it out to them. First off, the technician through Kemper Plus has messed with my msn explorer by activating a LAN network connection, which I don't use. When he had to replace the hard drive again, he did not follow through by doing a quick restore which has caused my OS to not work properly.
I am unable to upgrade my msn, download and install windows updates, because the NFTS shuts me down, or download and install any type of software that was pre-installed in this pc from Compaq, not even any software for my printer, scanner etc... Also since that day, besides the msn explorer messing up so has my internet explorer which causes me to get knocked offline during surfing the net or no matter what I do on here. I have also paid Compaq extra money for software tech support, but I don't seem to get anything done.
They also have been messing with me and finding excuses not to help me the way they should being that they are " TECH-SUPPORT" which is a joke. I have software that has been corrupted that Compaq has supplied to me, refuses to send me new software even though I do pay for it.
Every time I do get tech support from both Kemper Plus and Compaq, it always seems that I get the run around and not get what I paid for and that is straight answers to my problems and to help me get this Lap-Top working the way it should be.
But, I am sure you know what I am trying to do and prove.. I would like for someone to help me get through to them that I am not going to put up with this irresponsible tech support.. I would really appreciate If I get some satisfaction out of this... VERY UPSET PC USER IN KENTUCKY...
