I am so angry! I ordered a Halloween DVD for my kids on October 3rd. I tried contacting the seller on October 20th with no response. On October 28th the DVD finally arrives with a postmark showing it was NOT SHIPPED until 21 days after I ordered it! I was stupid enough not to lie to half.com by saying it didn't arrive.
I foolishly tried to explain to them that this DVD was no good to me because it arrived two days before Halloween. They told me to sell it. Who wants to buy a Halloween dvd in November?
Of course the seller still refuses to answer my emails and their customer service reps only care that they got their cut of the money. Why is the seller allowed to get away with shipping three weeks after confirming, and I'M the one who has to suffer? I called the 800# and all she did was read the same form letters they had already mailed me, blaming the postal service! While I still have the envelope proving the dvd was not mailed until the 24th.
