In the last month, I have called.... ooooohhhh lets see... 6 times requesting a mailing label for a warranty replacement printer that HP sent me that was in 4 pieces...... Having my teeth pilled without anesthesia is LESS painful......

Come to realize that HP withdrew the cost of a printer from my credit card without authorization..... I WILL NEVER purchase an HP product again....

Their customer service and tech support are poor in my experience.... and because of this I would never recommend their company to anyone. I am contemplating legal action and criminal charges of theft against HP at present. Liza Schejtman
