I had brought Eureka Phorbes in 2000 . During product Demo and in all services they have been saying that this makes the water permissible for drinking. Recently Eureka phorbes representative came to my house.He told me that Royal model is useless for hard water as it does not reduce TDS.

He brought a TDS meter and showed me that TDS is 1000PPM against permissible limit of 150 PPM. I was totally aghast as we all have been drinking this water for 3 years . He said I should buy their new model which has Reverse osmosis as that will only bring down the hardness.

I want to sue the Eureka Phorbes for indulging in mal practise and giving wrong information. I am educatiing and trying to let everyone know about the incorrect business practise of Ereka Phorbes in my situation. Regards Prashanta Ghosh
