AT&T - received 3 telemarking calls in one day from the same person - the nex day, received two more calls from the same person - can't stop unwanted telemarketing calls

There must be a way to stop AT&T from calling and harassing people. I was called yesterday 3 times by the same man. Told him no and don't call again.

Today I received 2 more calls, the same man again. This time I slammed the phone down in his ear. NOT SURE THAT DID ANY GOOD.
