RE: 2001 Dodge Durango - began shaking at 5,000 miles - told by Lou Grudd Dodge, Phoeniz, AZ that couldn't find anything wrong - found out later from Big O Tires that whole front end was shot

im writing about my 2001 Dodge Durango that we purchased new we begin having problems with shaking almost immediately after it had 5000 miles on it...it wasnt bad at first..so i just blew it off as bad alignment that i could have done the next time i changed my oil...this is what i thought..by the next time i took it in..the front end was shaking really bad...

i took it to the dealer where i bought it i left it there so they could work on it...they even provided me with a ride...by the time i got home... i had a call waiting on my messages from the dealershiop telling me my truck was ready..i was amazed...waitied for the bus to pick me up and returned to the place and picked up my truck...at this time i was told that they couldnt find anything wrong i took the truck home and was irate about how it was running..shaking pulling...my brakes were stating to make noises...

i took the truck to big o tires to have it aligned...and thats when i found out just what was wrong with my truck,it had been quite a while now since i had taken it to the shop...by this time my tires were so worn out and even after they said they did an alignment, i took it back to the dealership...and was told then that my whole front end was shot...

and it would take several days to repair .the warranty had just expired ..so i was told that i would have to use my extended warranty at which time i had no choice they replaced everything under the steering rack...was told they even replaced my struts... i complained to chrysler / dodge and was sorta laughed at...all they could say was it sounded like a dealer problem and i should take it up with them..

they wrote me a letter from dodge telling me this..and they already knew what was happening with the steering problems i truely know in my heart that i will never ever buy any chrysler dodge product ever...and i will tell every one i talk to about what they do to the people that buy from them...

i want them to pay me for my front end... i want them to pay for my brakes..which have been replaced twice already...i want them to pay me back for them charging me for the work they made my extended warranty pay for. i want to to make things right..ive since replaced two sets of front tires and all they had to say is...sounds like a dealer problem...

we should band together...and try and tell the world just how bad they treated us..and probably will continue to cheat and rob innocent people of their lives...because im sure they have already had loss of life because of this...im on the line as well...

THANK YOU...RALPH ARAGON
