RE: AOL - receiving notices of overdue bill - have yet to receive billing statement from AOL I have been using AOL services for about six months now and I am now recieving notices on my pc about a over due bill. Now not once have I yet recieved a billing statement from AOL telling me what I owe and when should I pay.
Even though AOL has all of my current info ( address, phone number ) they still are not sending me anythng about my account, but yet wants me to pay a bill and I have no problem with paying, but I need to know more info that they are not providing.
