I bought the software to help me make a web page for my home business. I made the web site and loved the software until I wanted to update my site. Every time I want to update my site, I cant. I always have problems.

The software always gives me errors and the technical support will only help you until they get sick of hearing from you. The one time I called and technical support told me I needed to but the most updated version of their software and it will fix all my problems.

So, I did. Guess what, that didnt work either. I am still having the same old problems and some new ones. Needless to say, my web page is sitting out there on the net all out of date because the technical support will only help me when they feel like it which is not very often.

Even when technical support offers to help with my problem, they never do. They only gave me a temporary fix. Now I am out money for buying an old version and a new version and I am also extremely frustrated and wasted a lot of my time with their product.
