This is very unfortunate that I bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator (165 Litre). and just with in a months time it started showing some problem and after which the device has been rectified by whirlpool authorised dealer many times.
The fridge is under warranty and it is not performing for the purpose it was purchased. After writting so many letters to whirlpool India they are not responding at all and on telephone making one or the other reason.. !!!!!!!!
Being a good customer I approched wirlpool corporate office only after getting it rectified several time and trusting on the words of Whirlpool executives The fridge is under guarantee period but now its limit of my patience and I will expose this matter to some media/News Paper.
Once again I demand Whirlpool India to replace my faulty refrigerator.
