Wilmington DE, Boulden Avenue, --Today 11-23-03, we stopped at Denny's after a day of shopping. It was 11:40 am. We waited to be seated. At 11:50 we were seated at the table and the waitress disappeared.

We never saw her again. at 12:15 I stood up and went looking for the manager. Her name was Ruth. I told her we had been there for a while and that while other people who came in after us were being served coffee we hadn't even been given water.

She really acted like she was not interested, did not explain why we hadn't seen the waitress or why we hadn't been serviced. She wanted to take our order but her attitude towards my questions just aggravated the family and noone wanted to eat there so we all got up and left.

One family member was having a hard time breathing there because the oder of the carpets was bad the whole environment did not look clean.
