I cannot access any help at all for instructions on how to add ingredients to the bread. The instruction booklet says to add nuts, raisins, etc when it beeps. I did and it made the biggest mess because it kneaded it too much and smashed all the raisins.
They ran to the outside of the loaf during baking cycle and resulted in a black, hard, sugary crust on the bread that you could not chew. There must be more detailed instructions.
Also I am mad that I cannot access Welbilt by any phone numbers. They have been disconnected, changed to 900 numbers that too many dollars a minute. What an awful way to treat your loyal customers.
I will not buy another welbilt product for that reason alone. The products are good but the customer service is not good at all.
