We live in the country.We are the last house on the Southwestern Bell lines on this road.We have had constant phone problems since moving in.

We have two phone lines in our home.

While one was working just fine,the other had so much noise on the line,not to mention,we could hear some other persons conversatioin,that it was impossible to use.

They seemed to get this problem fixed.

Well it wasnt fixed.Just a few days later the same problem resurfaced.Except this time it affects both phone lines in the house.It has made internet connections impossible and talking impossible.

I called today about the problem and got the most rude woman in the world.Her advice was for me to go out and open the phone box on the outside of the house and figure out which one was not working.Well I am not a phone repairman.I know nothing about phone lines.I do know that neither phone is working so it makes it pretty simple to figure that part out.

Now I cannot get any service.I cannot get anyone to come out and look and see what is wrong.

Southwestern Bell has a mile or more of phone line laying on top of the ground along the edge of a field.Every time it rains,someone mows or plows,or the wind blows hard,we loose our connections and cannot use our phone. However they refuse to bury this phone line.

Southwestern Bell is the worst company when it comes to customer service that I have ever dealt with.But for all their sorry service they most certainly want the bill paid on time.
