To whom it may concern:
I sent $16.95 to the company listed above and requested two pairs of loafers on Sept.29, 2003. The usual waiting time is six to eight weeks on some items that are being shipped. To date I have not received same. Decided to check the computer and saw two other complaints similar to mine listed.
Is there any chance to receive a refund or the product? Has anyone followed thru on this? My check seems to have been cashed on Sept. 8, 2003. I would apreciate your help in this matter. Mary A.
