My Compaq printer -U650 series will not print. Have checked wiring all OK and the ink jet is working to show the test of the color. Need an anser to how to fix it.

Have the oringinal cd to put it in the computer and install the printer once again. The code 508 appears once in awhile that designates the problem, I guess. what does 508 mean? Thanks - Carol

This 508 problem has not been solved! Please send me an e-mail telling me the steps to take to print out my e-mail - Please!! I need it for airplance ticket confirmations etc.

If there is a glitch you know about tell me who is capable to fix it. Have professioal installers look it over to no avail. Have tried to put it into a document but that does not work either.
