I bought a monitor from best buy and they sold me a warrenty with it, because as they said, it would save me alot of money if I bought this warrenty and that if my monitor broke, I would only have to bring it in, and they would replace it.

Well it did break down after about a year and a half, and they would not replace it, but kept it for a 3 weeks before sending it back to the factory (Viewsonic) and the factory also would not replace it but they did rebuild it to work again.

I am pretty upset with Best Buy and Viewsonic for the way I was treated, like I was a second class citizen because I had a bad monitor and wanted it fixed. I will not be buying anything else from them, and will take my business else where.
