i bought a washer and dryer unit from lowes and bought the warrenty,when i was at lowes i told them (and i have witnesses) that it was for a small beauty salon they said thats fine.

i have had so much trouble with this probably 15 or more repairs on this. when we try to call d&e the repair severvice they will not return calls ever. then i called ge and they said they where gonna cancel my warrenty yet they have my washer and dryer disasembled . this time it broke it was in the end of july and still is not fixed.

d&e told me why dont i just buy a new one i said because i took out a warrent now d&e will not answer our telephone calls and we leave a message evertime.

general electric told us they can cancel us for calling d&e repairs , every time d&e comes in they say they have to order new parts and we never hear from then again.on just this one call, and i have had many it has already been 4 months and washer and dryer are still dissasembled and this is only for this one i have had numerous times it has brook down
