I purchased a Geoffrey Beene wrinkle-free dress shirt for my husband several months ago. My husband loves it because it is silky-feeling and looks freshly-pressed all day. I love it because it is such a handsome garment and needs no ironing. However, while from the shoulders down it is still in like-new condition, the fabric on the collar has become “puckered” and no longer has the silky consistency of the rest of the shirt. I find this odd since only the collar has been affected. We have always been pleased with the quality of Geoffrey Beene shirts as my husband seems to prefer that brand name. This is the first time we have experienced anything like this or have ever had a problem with any of your merchandise. This will certainly not deter us from purchasing anything from the Geoffrey Beene line in the future, but please advise us as to what can be done in this situation.
