I bought $2000 worth of upolistered furntiture from William C. Franks in Wayne Mi a few years ago. Right away I called them when I discovered the cushions would not stay in .

They said in was inherent in the fabric and model furniture I purchased but would not come out and look nor would they contact the manufacter of said furniture. I let it got for some time and after living with pushing the cushions in 20' times a day I called the manufactuer myself and they were surprised that Franks did not even come out and look at the problem.

They told me they depend on their retailers to do that as they cannot go all over the country. I then called Franks again and talked to the owner and he was somewhat rude as to why I was bothereing him after all that time and said the same thing that the problem was inherent in the fabric and style furniture. It makes me very angry that they would not even send a person to our to see for themselves the problem.

Further more they refused to contact manufacturer about the problem and said it was our sitting on it and pulling the cushions out everytime. If people buy things there and are happy its great but if there is a problem forget it.
